Currently refurbishing an entire factory unit!

Working for one of the biggest machinery manufacturers for the oil and gas industries, we are currently in the process of refurbishing an entire factory unit. This project is challenging as we have had to adhere to the client's schedule of decommissioning of the factory areas, including the offices, main stairs and reception, store rooms, toilets, conference rooms and the production floor.

The work has included the standard painting of office areas, along with full specialist steelwork painting, wall coatings, including windows and cladding, and the painting of the floor in the production area. We have managed not only to keep to a difficult schedule and work around the client's operations, but also to complete the first phase ahead of schedule.

We have just started Phase 2 of the project, which will take us into the summer of 2015 and involves the refurbishment of four further units; the largest being around 6,000m² of floor space.
